Bad experience...wont be buying flowers from here anymore. I ordered an arrangement for my uncles viewing and the card that they printed out looked as if a child had done it. Misspelled names, a ribbon was supposed to be draped across the flowers and it wasn't, one of my family members names was separated on two separate lines. Also when I ordered the flowers I did it over the phone with the owner and asked for the total which he gave me. Somehow when i got the statement from the bank it was $2.02 more. Its not about the amount of money but the principle, don't give me a price then decide to change it. I called to speak to him the next day but he was off and I was told he would call me back....never happened. I went in today to see the owner in person and his excuse was.." new employee". I have recommended this flower shop in the past and like to keep the local merchants in business, but I will encourage anyone who asks me about Rosebud Florist in Pitman to go elsewhere. Also the day I ordered the flowers I called him back to make sure of the chronological order on the card....that was a wasted phone call, apparently he didn't think the way I wanted the card to look mattered and he ignored my request.
Very nice, classy hometown florist. I have never been disappointed, they really go out of their way to make sure you get above and beyond what you ask for. The flowers are always displayed elegantly and rich looking. Very tastefully arranged.
