Very friendly . No surprises with fees. I was asked about my experience with the rental car.I told them I was not too happy with the car only because it was one others smoked in. I have never smoked and am very sensitive to the smell. I told them the truth that it actually gave me a headache. The representative listened then gave me a partial refund. I was so surprised. It was unexpected but much appreciated.
